On 2 November, in the State Anteroom of the Armoury Chamber, the "Lugansk Worker, the Last Resident in the Kremlin. In Memory of Marshal K.E. Voroshilov" exhibition was opened, showing how the image of the Marshal transformed over time – from a Lugansk worker to the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.

On 12 October 2023, the ceremonial opening of the exhibition “The Kremlin Legends: Russian Romanticism and the Armoury Chamber” took place at the Moscow Kremlin Museums. The display is dedicated to myths and legend surrounding the collection of the Armoury Chamber at the beginning of the 19th century, a period of understanding the national history.

n 12 September 2023, the Vladimir K. Arseniev Museum and Heritage Site of the Far East History inaugurated of the exhibition "Conquerors of the Seas and Gifts of the Oceans. Masterpieces from the Collection of the Moscow Kremlin Museums".

On 8 September 2023, the exhibition "Alexander II: Liberator and Reformer" has opened in the Khabarovsk Regional Museum named after N.I. Grodekov. There are over 50 pieces from the Moscow Kremlin Museums’ collection, including personal belongings of the Emperor and artefacts commemorating key events in the Russian history. Many of them have left the Kremlin and are being shown to the public for the first time.

On 23 June 2023, on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, the photo exhibition of the Moscow Kremlin Museums “Great Victories of the Russian Empire: Peter I and Karl XII” was ceremonially open.

On 18 May, the opening of the exhibition The Treasury of King Christian IV of Denmark took place in the State Anteroom of the Armoury Chamber. The project brought together about thirty items that introduce visitors to the history of the reign of King Christian IV and the development of Russian-Danish relations in the 17th century. Guests at the vernissage were able to admire diplomatic gifts and other masterpieces from the Royal Treasury.

On 16 March, The Heavenly Host. Image and Veneration exhibition was inaugurated in the halls of the Patriarch’s Palace and Assumption Belfry. The show is dedicated to the history and traditions of the veneration of the warrior-saints, whose images have been reflected in Russian culture and art.

On 9 February, the Armoury Chamber's state anteroom hosted the opening of the exhibition "Korea and the Armoury Chamber. The History of the Coronation Gift to the Last Emperor", which tells the story of the gifts presented by the Extraordinary Korean Embassy to Emperor Nicholas II on the occasion of his coronation in 1896.
