With the support of OOO Gazprom Export, a long-term partner and a member of the Moscow Kremlin Museums Friends Society, the Museums collection of Russian jewellery art of the late 19th - early 20th century was replenished with a rare specimen of precious pieces made by the celebrated House of Fabergé – a silver-gilt miniature samovar lighter.
The piece is of great interest as an artistic example made by V. Solovyov, whose works have not been presented in the collection of Moscow Kremlin Museums yet and is undoubtedly valuable for the exposition devoted to jewellery art of Historicism and Art Nouveau.
