The Moscow Kremlin Museums have launched a theme-based satellite site about the exhibition “Vasily Konovalenko: A Sculptor of Gems”, which has been open to the public at the One-Pillar Chamber of the Patriarch’s Palace since the 1st of June 2016. The website konovalenko.kreml.ru/en-US/ is complex; it includes information about both the exposition and activities within the framework of the exhibition.
The visitors could learn about the artist, get acquainted with his works and find out the opinion of the guests of the exhibition. The publications in mass media, broadcasts and video materials are gathered in the “Media” section. The “Press center” section with the information needed and press release is made for members of the media. The “Events” section will tell about upcoming lectures for kids and grown-ups as well as about club members’ meetings as a part of the exhibition project.
One could also have a look at the exhibition catalogue about the creative work of Vasily Konovalenko, which is the first complete publication issued in Russia. The “Souvenirs” section of the website presents souvenir gifts, which are on sale at the souvenir shop of the Exhibition Hall.
