· Photo and video filming using amateur gadgets on the territory of the Moscow Kremlin is permitted! Photo and video filming in the Armoury Chamber is forbidden to preserve the exhibits' condition. To organise professional filming please contact the press-center.

·  In the event of adverse weather conditions, access to the museums–cathedrals may be temporarily limited to preserve the monuments. The number of daily visitors is limited due to the capacity of the Armoury Chamber. The admission to the architectural complex of Cathedral Square for tourist groups is also regulated according to the schedule. The Museums do not guarantee admission for visitors late for their session.

·  Items forbidden to be brought to the territory of the Moscow Kremlin are large-sized baggage, skis, sledges, snowboards, scooters, hoverboards, bicycles, etc., except for children's strollers and baby carriages. No entry with animals. Left luggage facilities are intended for visitors to the Moscow Kremlin.

Tickets and tour packages are sold on the Museum's official website on the "Tickets Online" page. Tickets sold at the ticket offices of the Museum in the Alexander Garden are only for the current date.

Electronic tickets (vouchers) purchased on the museum's website must be exchanged for ticket forms at the Museum's ticket office on the day of the event on a first–come, first-served basis upon presentation of customer's ID (to the Armoury Chamber no later than 45 minutes before the start of the session, to the Cathedral Square – without time limit).

The right to receive an order may be transferred by the Customer to an authorised person. The trustee presents to the cashier his passport, power of attorney, and in order to confirm the authenticity, a copy of the passport of the principal (Customer), which is then returned to the trustee.

Ticket sales on the Museum's website open 17 days prior to the date of the visit. For example, on the first day of the month, a sale opens on the 18th day of the month, etc. The sale of tickets to the Armoury Chamber at the ticket offices for each subsequent session opens only when the sale of tickets for the current session is completed.

The museum ican receive a limited number of visitors. Pleae buy tickets in advance to be sure in the visit on the scheduled day.

There is no refund for expired tickets.

Tickets received at the ticket office cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Tickets to the Armoury Chamber can only be refunded before the start of your session. To Cathedral Square – no later than the date on which the ticket was purchased. Unfortunately, tickets received at the ticket office on the day of the visit cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you want to reschedule your visit, you will have to hand in your tickets and buy new ones. You will also not be able to issue a partial refund of tickets in a general online order. Please hand over all the tickets and buy for a new number of people.

If you paid for your tickets with a card at the ticket office or online, the money will be refunded to the same card in a few days. The exact time depends on your bank.

Tickets received at the ticket office cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The Moscow Kremlin Museums offer guided tours in Russian and with an interpreter of your choice. The tours include general information about the architectural ensemble of the Kremlin, the treasures of the world-famous Armoury, the ancient Kremlin cathedrals and their historic burial places, ensembles of wall -painting, collections of Old Russian icons and the Museum of Russian Culture of the 17th century in the halls of the Patriarch's Palace.

Entrance tickets for privileged categories of citizens are sold at the Museum's ticket offices on the day of the visit upon presentation of the original document confirming the right to benefits (to the Armoury Chamber – no later than 45 minutes before the start of the session, to the Cathedral Square – without time limit).

Visitors who have purchased a ticket (voucher) for persons of the main category on the Museum's website can additionally purchase discounted and free tickets at the Museum's ticket office upon presentation of the original document confirming the right to benefits. The number of tickets in one order is 4 pcs.

Free access to the Moscow Kremlin Museums is available for:

• citizens awarded the titles of Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation, and citizens who are full holders of the Order of Glory
• participants in the Great Patriotic War and persons equivalent to them (citizens of the Russian Federation and the CIS)
• participants in combat operations and special military operations
• family members of participants in a special military operation (the first Wednesday of the first month of the quarter)
• members of large families, upon providing a single identity card confirming the status of a large family in the Russian Federation or information about the classification of a citizen or his family members as part of a large family in the Russian Federation on the Gosuslugi portal
• group I disabled people, disabled children and their accompanying persons (1 person, no more than two for wheelchair users), group II disabled people (citizens of the Russian Federation and the CIS)
• children under 7 years old (regardless of nationality)
• members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM)

Free access to the Cathedral Square architectural complex is available for:

• clergymen (citizens of the Russian Federation)
• military personnel (citizens of the Russian Federation)

Discounted ticket to visit the Armoury Chamber and the Cathedral Square architectural ensemble (without visiting temporary exhibitions) is available for:

• old-age pensioners (citizens of the Russian Federation)
• full-time students of the main professional educational programs of educational institutions of the Russian Federation upon presentation of a student ID issued in accordance with the requirements of orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 22, 2013 No. 203
• persons from 16 to 18 years old (citizens of the Russian Federation),
• persons from 7 to 16 years old (regardless of citizenship)

Every second Tuesday of the month, the Moscow Kremlin Museums are free to visit for:

• full-time students of the main professional educational programs of educational institutions of the Russian Federation upon presentation of a student ID issued in accordance with the requirements of orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 22, 2013 No. 203
• persons under the age of 18 (citizens of the Russian Federation)

Discounted ticket for visiting temporary exhibitions is available for:

• employees of the state museums of the Russian Federation.

*The benefits established for citizens of the Russian Federation are provided to citizens of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation "On Equal Rights of Citizens" dated 25.12.1998."

On the territory of the Moscow Kremlin, in the cathedral museums and the Armoury Chamber, you may be asked to present documents confirming the right for benefits. Please keep your tickets until the end of the visit!
